and because life was filled with all that uncertainty i had to call her.

anyways i'm going to blog abt how life has been recently and actually, its been pretty good for me, except for the bad bouts which i can hardly remember. haha, yipees.

lets see,
had a primary school gathering few weeks back i think.
den rusidy has been around my place for a few times,
i've been around meiting's place a few times too, juz tt i only caught her once, but if i don't catch her i can always try wee chien except he IS, in the army, hahaha.
so yup, and i've gone swimming with weechien but we lounged around more in the pool and talked utter rubbish than anything else, hahaha, and he brought me a drink from his ninth storey apartment, real tough work there, thanks man. hahaha, army sounds totally ridiculous and absolutely torturous for clean sissies like the both of us....thank goodness only one of us has to go through the trouble and it ain't me!!!! hahaha!!! take care in camp wee chien!!!!! thanks!!!! seriously, we need to treat our army boys better, if there weren't enough of them, well, somebody's gotta do the job. ya so thank you thank you!!!!!
yup, and then i've been to the market a couple of times with my mum, sometimes i tag along when she picks my dad up from work or send him there...hahaha...fun fun fun...
and loads of nice meals at home!!!!! all my favourite dishes because i'm the only child eating!!! hahaha!!!! i can get used to being the only child seriously, not that i mean my siblings die and then i get use to it as though its damn enjoyable, i mean maybe if they go for camps like FREQUENTLY or get married, or move out, like i don't mind at all. hahaha, yup, lots of goodie and nutritious meals at home!!!! i'm piling on the health and the pounds!!!! but i dont mind, its the good life!!! hahaha!!!!
yup, then i visited my primary school chinese teacher too!!!! and i played with her son and she went around telling all her neighbours i was her student, and they'll all go ooh and aah because she's like so proud of me even though i dont think there's much to be proud off.....
hahahaha, but doing stuff like that and when ppl do stuff like that for me, like being so proud of me when they say blah blah blah makes me feel damn happy damn good damn appreciated!!! hahaha!!! YIPEES!!!! WOOHOO!!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!
yup, and damn after that on the same day i had a day out with annie to celebrate her birthday!!!! hahahaha!!!! oh the day before we met up with xian yee and hui hui for dinner!!! hahaha!!!! so happy so happy so happy!!!!
oh ya!!!! and the saturday before that i saw mengs and sarah and i had lunch with mengs because we were invigilating sats!!!! SATS!!!! damn good pay there!!!! like 20++ an hour!!! i hope kaiyi calls me again!!!! hahahaha!!!!
oh and yesterday i met some new people like hwee, chinaman whom i've started calling chinaboy...hahahah!!! and heng seng!!!!! hahahaha!!!!! because yup, we were celebrating peiyan's birthday!!!! hahaha!!!! and then i saw chinaman at lunch again today!!!! hahaha!!! and he was wearing the shirt he was wearing at dinner yesterday!!!!!! hahahaha!!!! yucky yucky yucky!!!!
and then he was like "aye you're very rich huh??? good food in two consecutive days!!" hahaha, and i like met him IN the restaurant...hahahaha...and his nine year old brother was with him!!!! hahahaha!!! you should totally hear his stories!!!! hahahaha!!!
oh and the saturday before this i had brunch with the yayapapaya, blogged abt tt already, and i've been going down to bk more frequently now....so thats cool...hahahha....

hmmmmm, contrary to the previous post, today has been much more pleasant. =)
its great to be spending time with people you love and doing things

and then i got up and went for brunch at wheelock with yvonne!!!!

WOAH, ever watch white chicks???? i was so totally going to haf a BF, you know what's a BF??? its a BITCH FIT. seriously, bring the banana homes for my mum??? its like either we eat it or we chuck it, that self-respecting woman(i'm being extremely polite here already) had utterly no manners at all seriously. tut tut. pardon me but unacceptable behaviour there, if you dont want it juz SHUT UP, leave my mum out, but i had a really enjoyable "live firing session" after that. hahaha, BF at max. with daniel along my front line of course. we're juz too nice. =) seriously, no firing at parents IF she didn't start the whole thing. =p
yup, anyways bk was pretty fun today because we were all somewhat busier than usual due to the lack of volunteers, so it was nice, rushing around taking care of people, cleaning up, juz the youngsters and someone very irritating. it was great. =p
and then annie brought down adam, hahaha, very promising, very promising volunteer, i am positive i'll see him more often in the future!!! hahaha!!!! and then i played abit of rugby with choon seng...hahaha...damn fun to see the ball flying so damn high and then trying to catch it...hahaha.....i managed okay, sustained zero injuries.....

been mia for a while, sorry about that. life has been pretty monotone these days.
celebrated yvonne's birthday, some week back, and annie's birthday yesterday, peiyan's birthday is around the corner...
i know its supposed to be like happy and exciting but yup...hahaha...birthdays, no lack of those, juz lack of special ones. sorry for the poor coverage babes, i am darn shagged from netball trng, =p
yupz, anyways got my letter of rejection from smu.
it is pretty damn political the way they phrase things. it sounds nice. but a rejection letter is a rejection letter, they dont call it a rejection letter, they call it a letter of notice but its pointing in the same direction. =p
my parents prepared a big meal to cheer me up, i feel pretty bad though, i am a poor investment for them, in fact, i've become a constant liability, =(. it does suck alot. they're so worried, its in their eyes, i am a terrible person. it is juz terrible terrible terrible. i need a fix.
i'm so sorry.

the second day we juz went crazy!!!! hahahaha!!! played three games of bowling!!! coz it was raining at first. it wasn't raining, it was pouring!!! oh and we saw a man trying to commit suicide but he was really really lucky!!!! he jumped out of a restaurant window on his first attempt but landed on the saftey net outside the cable car station!!!! damn lucky for him!!! and he juz sat there for another 5 hours deciding if he should jump again...tsk tsk. he didn't fyi. lolz.

yup, apparently he owes loan sharks loads of money!!! real life drama!! hahahaha...

yup after the weather cleared up we went crazy in the theme park!!!!

we took all the roller coasters twice until both of us got super queasy!!! and then we sat down and gobbled chest nuts!!!! hahahaha!!!! and then it started pouring again!!!! and we went dashed to all the photo stations to get our photographs while riding the coasters... lolz!!!! getting drenched in the process of course but it was all for good fun!!!! and we had to hide the pictures in our shirts to keep them dry!! HARHARHAHRHAHRHRHAR we had fun yea peiyan!!!!????? lolz...

and while eating the chestnuts we decided to get a pack for peiyan's mum as well but after we all got wet and cold and all we decided to finish them up as well coz they were really good and nice comfort food esp when you were wet from the rain =(, mhmmm....lolz!!! hahaha,, they were really really nice!!!! i couldn't, no, we couldn't resist it at all!!!! lolz...

and we were such junkies!!!! the first night we bought a large pizza with EXTRA cheese for supper and we each got a drink at coffee bean and we went back to the room and literally wolfed down the pizza, the whole pizza as we didn't want it to get cold!!! hahahaha!!! den we played uno till 3 am...HAHAHAHA!!!! gosh, it was damn enjoyable!!!!!!!! hahahaha...i love food!!!!!

the second night, same thing, juz tt i traded my coffee bean for plain water and peiyan got her "you yu si" while i got super rings and popcorn chicken from kfc..hahahaha...and we were damn full and damn shagged and damn happy!!!! ooohhh..hahahaha!!!!!

and i got a new pair of really cute boxers while we were shopping on our way home at KL!!!! hahahah!!!! and we each had really really nice ice cream!!!!! i can't remember the name of the place but i remember the flavours!!!!!

i had gold medal ribbon(chocolate and vanilla ice cream mixed together with caramel ribbons!!!!! wooosh!!!!) and quarterback crunch(chocolate and vanilla with chocolate crunch and chips and everything nice!!!!! oooooooohhhhhhhhhhh heavenly!!!!!!!) with whip cream and hot fudge!!!! oh my gosh!!!!! DROOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well basically they're parents who love blogging about their kids and all sorts
and they're always blogging stuff like they taught their kid something today
and they picked it up, and in between before the kids actually understood they have all sorts of funny attempts and all and their parents will blog about how adorable they are and how much they love them and how funny they are blah blah blah.

why can't i blog something like that about my parents?
because they think they understand.

the dory fish is damn tired now. she's going to take the afternoon off today.

i think life has toughened the dory fishy up. =(. the dory fish is jaded. screwing up all the time has somewhat made the dory fish immune to dissapointment, the dory fish has learnt not to expect too much from herself and others. hmmmm. pity pity. hmmmmm...lolz. i no longer make plans, i live day to day. a really boring life. hmmmm. really meaningless..
the dory fish no longer cries as much or as easily as she used to, life teaches really tough lessons. disease and suffering. tsk. the dory fish is past all that. ah wells.

went to netball with peiyan yesterday. totally pigged out before that, ate a huge lunch, had snacks at 4-ish. drank bubbletea and ate ice cream....yupz. coz we were pretty early, so we decided to walk to the place from kallang mrt to the place instead of taking the bus. chatted and talked abt the "good old days" abit and how terrible my chinese is getting...lolz. sighz.....yes py, we want to go back to our "secondary school days". the future is just too scary to look at.
at trng, played a few games...lolz. i guess i'm pretty dumb coz i dont really know what i'm doing most of the time..lolz. its really hard to see what you're doing when you're inside the court. got shouted at alittle..maybe coach angie juz raised her voice a little but i guess i missed that. haven got shouted at from outside the courts in awhile since zhi kang left. oh wells. cheap thrills i guess. i dunno why but i like it, at least i know someone is bothering to correct me, i'ld feel worse if no one bothered with me. yup, i wanna go back to the days when i was told to do the right things...i don't like life now...juz floating around. it sucks sucks sucks sucks.

hey everyone,

weekends are too short.

went for job interview on friday, really fun job but really demanding.

i'm quite interested but i dont think its going to work out.

hmmmm, its really fun and interesting because its at ecp. and then its like a play club for kids and i facilitate at parties and run around and go crazy with them and i get to wear track pants and t-shirts to work. it juz sounds really fun and its located at the old big splash!!!

but its at ecp and its only paying five an hour, omg, i'll never survive the travelling and the financial limitations. lolz.

yupz. so nvm. den i took 197 from parkway back to jurong east and the busride got really long and irritating and everything, so i got off before the bus exited the highway at west coast and cabbed. =) and then i gave wrong directions to the driver back to college. haha. dumb me. but before that i cabbed to the interview too!!! omg the cab driver was horrendous. his behaviour was absolutely disgusting, omg. tsk. he drove with absolutely zero regard for saftey!!!! and he did not haf change for a fifty dollar note and he totally made me get off and look for change, of course i did think about running away coz i was in a rush and i was going to be late for my interview but noooooo, he made me leave my bag in his cab. omg. yupz. den went to macs with peiyi for a small dinner. lolz, den the wierdest thing happened lolz. i'm having one of the most random and wierd weeks in my life....

yupz. small dinner, i ate curly fries and peiyi bought bread and bubbletea, so we had to sit in a corner of macs and me, being the smart ass that i am chose a sit near the only power plug in the corner where there was this guy sitting at the next table, omg, total wierdo. he had pimples all over his faces it was so damn gross!!!! oily hair oily complexion and he was constantly using a small face towel(the kind used to wipe a babies drool) to wipe his face. omg, damn gross. and he's fingernails were freakingly long and he was clicking away on his mouth and he just looked GROSS. and he was shaking his legs so rapidly i was surprised he wasn't having a fit. tsk, seriously, and omg, all in all it was not a pretty sight.

den, another guy, quite normal looking came to share our table for four because he needed to use the powerpoint and there were only two of us. omg i'm so sleepy. yup, share table.

after awhile his friend joined him and me and peiyi went about our own business talking abt the team blah blah blah and the guy who juz joined us decided to add himself into our conversation!!!! like omg?!?!!??

he juz seriously added he's own input like,

den came sunday, met up with my pri school mates!!!! was supposed to meet them at 10 at bukit batok but i only woke up at 9:45 plus plus when meiting msg-ed me to tell me she'll be late. hahaha. rush!!! showered and asked my bro to give me a lift!!! yipee!!! reached around 10:15, VED. lolz. yupz den we went to miss wong's place and her son is like really old already, like three plus, going four.....he wasn't even around when we graduated...she wasn't even married then...tsk..as i said. can run can jump already.

hmmmm, but somehow i felt kinda odd. i felt like i've fallen out of pace with everyone. as in after so many years apart i feel like i dunno what to say even though there's so much to catch up on, and i can't relate to their conversations, all i want to do is sit in a corner and listen, sometimes i'll listen to the silence, i juz dont know what to say or what to do. hmmmm...i still love them but yup. i've fallen behind. pictures later.

okay.
today was a rather fun day. minus the point that i kipped home early and missed the badminton gathering....hmmmm....they muz be having loads of fun right now. hmmmm. why didn't i go? well, i guess i have more than i can whole on too.

ah wells, another year on this earth a few more lessons learnt.

i got this somewhere, but its really true.

some people age like wine-the older they get the better they taste, the wine.

some people age like milk-lolz, they just turn sour.

meng qi is definitely a wine.

well of course if u dont know the person well enough they're like rain water, they come and go and they don't taste like much either.

and i've understand abit more the mistakes i've made and how to well avoid them.

its hard, but since i know how now, it'll be stupid not to try.

well for one, i've to stop taking everyone else's responsibilities up as my own. and the punishment as well.

that's a really really big lesson.

i haf no way of putting it into words properly, but i guess i'll juz stop being too hard on myself if i paid attention to only my own responsibilities.

and as always life's always so unpredictable. and i learnt that if we complained and whined a little less about things happening, and if we just kept them inside ourselves for abit. we'll eventually come to realise why things happen.

and i think its true when people say its mind over matter. let's take orientation for example. if you're bent on having a bad time or u simply refuse to get high, there's juz nothing anyone can do, no matter how much fun everyone is having and how insane and shameless your ogls are behaving u juz can't get high if you just keep thinking to yourself how unlucky u are, how unhappy, how no one bothers about you or pay any attention to you...seriously. emo is way out of fashion now. juz go out there and lose yourself. so yup. mind over matter. if you're bent on noticing how bad your life is going or how everyone is deserting you, its impossible to see the people standing right next to you.

and well, people, don't lose sight of things that really matter as you rush ahead.

my greatest strength is my devotion and that is my gift this year, for all my friends.

yup, so like less than half the class was there but its okay i guess...

the banana and chocolate thingy i drank was super exotic....oooooh....
and the strawberry float was juz so pretty and nice!!!!
and they serve in such pretty and cute mugs!!!

okay..really short interuption because somehow i juz can't organise good sg outings...no one seems to be free all the time. i dont usually haf problems with class and badminton outings maybe because everyone goes to the same school and lives in the same area. but its really hard when it comes to sg outings...everyone is all over singapore, school or address wise...and everyone has a different cca and the worse thing is all of them are HIGH FLYERS!!! so they're all either really popular or really smart or really involved or all three!!! yupz.

so at anyone time we only had 6 ppl at the last gathering...

i'm so glad i'm finanlly reaching the end of this post!!! well i guess my life has been rather eventful!!! haha...anyway i was supposed to go to delia's place early on saturday 5/01/08 to help prepare the stuff!!! ooohhh...n i watched avp2 before tt...oh my gosh...such a boring movie!!! i almost died...its so yucky...oh my gosh..all they know to do is fight..and the guy sitting next to me, i swear, almost pee-ed in his pants. seriously. he was like squirming and covering his mouth...tsk.

hahaha..yup...den delia called me n told me there isn't enough charcoal so i had to buy some and drag it all the way to her place..hahaha...six kgs...almost killed me..
hahaha..good thing aaron was there to help me carry the stuff...hahaha..yup n when i got to delia's place it was just pouring!!! POURING!!!!!! so we had to lug the coal from the busstop to her place which was WAY FAR. WAY FAR!!! and we were kinda worried the starters and the coal would get wet..n den we wouldn't be able to start the fire but who knew..the fire was damn good!!!!
and the guys were really nice and decided to be the chefs!!! and i stuck to my new year resolution damn well and didn't yell at that...juz made jokes abt them with them!!! hahaha!!! oooooohhhhhhh...n we played texas whatever...

u noe..that game they played in casino royale?? oh...okay..lost some but it was damn fun!!! den they played mahjong all night. hi everyone.

ohmygosh...
today was such a terrible day at work...
i had fun yes...but its ending off realli badly...
i am going to drop dead...
me n meng were pretty high in the morning and we were blatantly making noise gigglying talking and everything...
after lunch we got even higher...
den at five we totally went flat...
40 hours a week is super tiring man...
and i only work 40-12
which is 28...
i've never worked 40 hours before....
blah...
next week i'll haf to...

i am going to die.

and the worse thing is..
admist all my high i've made quite a big mistake at work today.
i recorded the dispatch (letters we send to our clients) completely wrong...
coz i forgot the format.
and someone else had to do it all again!!

i shall sit at the mrt station later until its time to go for my gathering.

the weekend started out pretty alright.
in fact it started out a little wierd i guess.

my coach wanted me to buy malaysian ringgit for his trip and i had to fork out 100 bucks of my own first which he would return me later when he came to pick me n meng up after work.so i roped in my resourcefulness and started calling everyone i knew whom went to malaysia quite frequently but in the end i still ended up looking for a money changer...
hahaha...
and i decided tt i was gg to get the money after work. which was a good decision after all.
because my coach called me after lunch to tell me he didn't need the ringgit anymore!!!
which totally pissed MENG QI off...
hahaha...because we were hoping to go to arab street after work to do some shopping before asking coachie to come pick us up, but he totally PS-ed us last minute and meng qi said she's gg to lock her blog!!!

and den we decided tt it was a bad day coz i sorta broke my heel and couldn't walk properly and we din haf transport home so we decided to skip the shoppong n kip back to mengqi's place immediately after work.
went to jp...she got some dvds n i got some sour plums which were realli nice!!!!
and i'm so gad because the last time i went to candy empire n spent nine bucks on cinnamon flavoured eclispe and licourice and mints they all tasted like SHIT. PHANG SAI!!!! a total waste of my money. yup. so i'm glad i bought sth good!! hahaha..n i was super tempted to buy a huge box of candy canes coz i think they're realli nice things to give away for christmas but christmas was over.
